Dissipate momentum
Discharge geometry reduces concentrated flow energy before it reaches the roof.
Tank inlet and gas-slug diffuser systems
Inlet arrangements engineered to manage liquid momentum, entrained gas and pigging events before they become a floating-roof problem.
A normal liquid inlet and a pipeline pigging event are not the same design case. Gas slugs, high local velocities and uncontrolled discharge direction can disturb the product surface and impose loads or buoyancy effects that a floating roof was never intended to absorb.
EZdiffuse is selected from the inlet event outward: expected liquid flow, gas volume, nozzle geometry, available clearance and the floating-roof type define the diffuser arrangement.
Discharge geometry reduces concentrated flow energy before it reaches the roof.
Pigging and entrained-gas cases are treated explicitly where they can occur.
Diffuser geometry is coordinated with the lowest roof position, legs and internal obstructions.
Inspection, drainage, cleaning and access remain part of the design.
Diffuser design is application-specific. The governing process case, floating-roof design basis and project piping / tank requirements are established before geometry is finalised.
Emission Zero can review the application before turning it into a product configuration or project specification.
